As of right now, there are groups of rebels holed up in the mountains of Manchuria who are opposed to the greater good we as China are devoted to. We have decided to send three armies to attempt to expel this threat to our national peace as a communist country, and to gain back our control over the mineral-rich land they have seized from us. We believe we will come out victorious and, ultimately, as a result of this, provide a safe and thriving environment for the Chinese people.
We are sending three armies.
