Glasnost & Perestroika
The implementation of the Glasnost and Perestroika policies would lead to massive change in the government of the Soviet Union that could negatively affect its citizens. The economy of the Soviet Union is performing well and does not require additional reforms. The systems that are currently in place are working. The USSR has a large sphere of influence, it has modern technology, and it is becoming the largest power in the world. Our current system is working very well and reforms are not necessary.
China's four modernizations
Recently we have been advised to switch to a semi-capitalistic system of government and we have chosen to include small elements of capitalism into our country to boost economic growth however we will remain a strong dictatorship and will not tolerate out-speakers against our decision
American Policy Statement on Afghanistan
The United States will help the Afghanistan rebels and will send in military support to Afghanistan with 9 armies
Afghanistan War - United Kingdom
Due to other problems within our country, we will not be aiding Afghanistan at this time. We do support Nur Muhammad Taraki, but we are very sorry we could not help at this time.
SALT Treaties
The Soviet Union has decided against signing the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaties (SALT).
War in Afghanistan
The Soviet Union has decided to support the socialist government of Afghanistan. The USSR is sending troops and weapons to quell the rebellion. The rebels are a threat to the well being of Afghanistan’s citizens and they must be stopped. The USSR will send military assistance to restore order.
SALT- United Kingdom
The United Kingdom will not be taking part in the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaties (SALT). With not many other powers involved, we find it to be a pointless form of protection.
SALT treaties in perspective of Israel
The people of Israel feel as if it is not in our best decision to dismantle nuclear technology. We are developing nuclear technology for defense of our people and nation and we choose to keep developing our technology to keep our people safe.
Falkland Islands - United Kingdom
Due to the invasion of the Falkland Islands by Argentina, the United Kingdom will be sending in three units and weapons to help defend the people of Falkland Islands and get their land back.
China in the Afghanistan War
The war in Afghanistan may be an important milestone for Communism that is why we are choosing to participate and send in at least 1 army
sending 1 army
sending 1 army
American Policy Statement on The SALT Negotiations
The United States will not comply with the reduction of nuclear arms as it appears unwise as our Hostile countries do not comply with these rules keeping a threat.
China on SALT
Recently there had been a debate about SALT and we as china believe that SALT is an extremely bad idea and that nuclear power should be maintained by the government from country to country.
Arab League on War in Iran
The Arab League has decided, with the support of the United States, to stage an attack against Iran. For a long time, our people, especially those living in Iraq, have experienced conflict with these people. We hope to bring them to justice and hopefully bring them into the Great Arab League.
European Space Agency (ESA)
At this time, the United Kingdom has completed our goals for space travel and are not looking to pursue any other means.
Arab League on SALT
The Arab League believes every country should be able to, without limitation, research and develop nuclear weapons as they please. There should not be an organization regulating restrictions on this for the time being. We believe currently, the state of nuclear weapons in the world is relatively stable.

The Cultural Revolution
We have said before that China is fully devoted to the spread of communism. However, we find this difficult to do by pushing the movement on our fellow citizens if they do not choose to abide by those beliefs themselves. The Cultural Revolution would help forcefully institute communism, but it would also jeopardize the happiness and trust our people have in our leadership. Therefore, we will not be instating it.
Arab League on Invasion of West Bank
The Arab League, along with allies, is attacking the West Bank in an effort to gain back the territory we lost for our people. We will not be preforming a surprise attack, we are going in with our allies.
Nixon's Visit To China
It has come to our attention that President Nixon is planning on initiating a free trade agreement with China while visiting our country. While we have strived to be recognized as the true China and believe the U.S. supporting us as such would be a joyous achievement, we believe not participating in the free trade agreement is the best decision for our country at this time. We feel it would be a conflict of interest, as we have always stood behind the spread of communism - something the U.S. is against. We find the prospect intriguing, but we decline.
American Policy Statement on Taiwan
President Richard Nixon will be visiting China to discuss the matter of Taiwan and China's claim on it the United States will decide due to capitalism expanding we are in need of manufacturing and will send factories to China for production in return for the recognition of Taiwan being independent from China.
Common Currency
The United Kingdom has decided not to undertake in creating a common currency throughout Europe. Common currency is not well accepted with our fellow countries and we do not want to enforce this without their consent. We feel as if this is a great idea but cannot take action now without the rest of Europe's agreement. We still hope to continue trading resources with the rest of the continent. But for now, we will not be starting this new endeavor.

The Soviet Union on the Vietnam War
The Soviet Union plans on sending in troops and weapons to support the north, communist forces in Vietnam. In the best interest of the people of Vietnam, the USSR will be entering the war to help the spread of communism.
United Kingdom on Vietnam War
The United Kingdom will be supporting the South in the Vietnam War. We will be sending 3 troops to help fight the communists. We hope that by doing this we will be spreading capitalism throughout the continent of Eurasia.
America's Perspective on the Non-Nuclear-Prolifertions
We accept to sign this document as with the past events of the Cuban Missile Crisis we believe it is for the best to have everyone sign this as this type of weapon is a very large danger to the existence to the Human race as we know through past events of World War 2.
Arab League Military Action Against Israel
Since the attack on Israel, the Arab League has attempted to make peace with them. Unfortunately, we have just been informed that Israel has killed and threatened Arab allied scientists. In response, we plan to build up our military in order to defend our country and attack Israel if necessary. We hope our allies will support us if we choose to pursue military action.
China on The Vietnam War
At this moment, North and South Vietnam are engaged in a civil war. Thanks to Ngoh Dinh Diem, a Christian, claiming control over a Buddhist nation, the two factions have reached a disagreement. Because of their heavily communist views, we support North Vietnam in this war. We have come to the conclusion that in order to properly support our fellow communist colleagues, we must send in three armies to assist them.
We are sending three armies.
We are sending three armies.
America's Policy Statement the Vietnam War
America will be sending 3 troops and weapons to support the Southern Vietnam factions in order to aid the fight to allow Vietnam the Freedom from the communist forces that disable and prevent the people from not knowing true prosperity.
Anti-Fascist Protective Wall
The USSR is suffering because of the massive emigration in East Germany. There are 2,000 people leaving East Germany every day. This concerns us deeply. Our citizens are leaving the east where they are looked after and cared for by their government to go to the west where they will suffer under fascism and capitalism. In the best interest of our citizens, the Soviet Union will begin the construction of an Anti-Fascism Protective Wall between East and West Berlin. This decision was made to shield our population from the fascist elements of West Germany.

On the Cult of Personality and Its Consequences
February 25, 1956
It is my honour to have you, the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, join me tonight. I have gathered you here today in this closed session to formally denounce Joseph Stalin, the cult of personality he had fostered, and the crimes he had perpetrated. These crimes included execution, torture, and imprisonment of loyal members of the communist party on false charges. Stalin is responsible for foreign policy errors, the failures of Soviet agriculture, for ordering mass terrors, and the German occupation of huge amounts of Soviet territory. We must destroy the image of the late dictator as an infallible leader and to revert official policy to an idealised Leninist model.
America's Policy Statement in Regards to Turkey's Alliance
The U.S.A. gladly accepts the nation of Turkey with open arms as an ally of The NATO Pact and hopes Turkey may prosper with Britain and The United States of America.

The Invasion of Taiwan
It has already been established that the Republic of China has opposed our beliefs and principles as the People’s Republic of China for some time now. We have decided our best option to wipe out this threat is to invade Taiwan and prove once and for all that we are - and should be seen as - the true China. Any support from other nations is welcome. We hope our allies see this as an opportunity to prove their loyalty to us as well as their trust in our ways of running our country.
Tsar Bomba
Scientists in the Soviet Union have begun to wonder how big of a nuclear bomb can be made. They want bigger and more powerful bombs. This is why the Soviet Union is funding a special project to develop advanced thermonuclear weapons. The reason for this project is to advance in science. Once built, it is not our intention to use the weapon on an enemy but is purely for the advancement of our scientific capacity.
American Policy Statement on Bay of Pigs
The United States of America will forego sending troops into Cuba as it is an unnecessary act of violence that would result in a negative image for the United States to attack such a small country undeveloped country.
The Cuban Revolution
Cuba has recently undergone substantial changes in government, and is now headed by a friendly leader. The USSR finds it in its best interests to capitalize upon this opportunity by training and arming Cuban soldiers. This nation is in the unique position of being near the US, but not in friendly relations, and therefore they require the ability to protect themselves and their interests. However, the Soviet Union is not attempting to stimulate a war between Cuba and the US, and does not condone any conflict or violence.
Arab League on OPEC
The Arab League will take part in the international organization focused on management of our oil resources. We will provide the moderate 2 credits in order for Iran and Venezuela to join this organization.
The Great Leap Forward
It has recently been brought to our attention that initiating a program, The Great Leap Forward, would greatly increase our industrial success, and allow us to do so more rapidly. While we find this to be a positive possibility, we have decided to abstain from investing in such a dangerous, unsteady plan. We would not want to jeopardize the happiness of our people.

Warsaw Pact
The Soviet Union has fears that its sphere of influence is being threatened by the creation of NATO. NATO has created a system of mutual defense between the nations involved should they ever be attacked. To protect the well being of its allies, the USSR has created the Warsaw Pact. The Warsaw Pact will allow the USSR to keep its satellite states safe from any outside threat. This is purely to ensure the safety of the USSR’s allies and friends and is not a threat nor attack directed towards any nation.
European Economic Community
The European Economic Community is a proposal for the countries in Europe to open up free trade zones across the continent. We are excited to say that we will be paying five credits to join this exceptional program and take part in creating a tighter alliance with our neighboring countries.
American Policy Statement Regarding the Highway System
Regarding the terms of transportation in the United States we find it unnecessary to build a major highway system as it is very expensive and it is not the most effective means of transportation at the time as there are more efficient ways to mobilize through means of air and water.
Arab League on Suez Canal
We believe that the only fair solution is to give the U.N. control of the Suez Canal. This will allow any country to use its passage and will not give any particular country too much power with full control over the canal.
United Kingdom on Korean War
The United Kingdom will be standing behind the United States of America fighting with the Southern Koreans by sending in 1 troop to their aid. We want to help promote a capitalist democracy throughout the continent of Eurasia.
America's Policy Statement in Regards to the Korean War
The United States of America will provide aid to South Korea in the form of 3 units to assist the Southern Koreans as the Koreans long for freedom as we did in the Revolutionary War it is only the right thing to do.

Josip Tito
The president of Yugoslavia, Josip Tito has become critical of the USSR’s brand of socialism. He has spoken out about the Soviet system saying while he is taking our system as an example, he will develop his country’s socialism differently. Tito has insisted on independence from USSR until recently when the two countries have been forming an uneasy alliance. Although Tito has caused some diplomatic escalations between Yugoslavia and the USSR, we understand Yugoslavia has the right to develop, change, and grow as they wish. The USSR hopes that relations will improve as both countries continue to grow and we will work towards stronge relations.
China on Korean War
North Korea supported China during the Chinese Revolution, and for that we are still grateful. We have decided to send one army in North Korea’s efforts to gain control of South Korea, as we have agreed with their principles and ways of leadership up to this point.
Berlin Blockade
The USSR disagrees with proposals to separate East and West Berlin. Such an act would increase tension between the Soviet Union, The United States, and Europe. The Soviet Union will not become involved in a possible conflict regarding the political split in Germany.
Korean War
The USSR supports North Korea in forming a unified communist Korea. However, the Soviet Union will not become directly involved in the conflict. If needed the USSR could provide weapons to the north, but will not be sending in troops.
Policy Statement on Radio Free Europe
We the United States of America support Radio Free Europe and believe that the first amendment freedom of speech is a very important to all persons of every country so culture, religion, and socialization are necessary for human life and we will fund this Program for 5 credits.
The Invasion of Tibet
Due to Tibet opposing our strong communist leadership, China has decided to invade the state so as to force the Dalai Lama out of our country and to further implement our policies throughout the nation. We believe this will unite our people and prevent a political divide among them. Any moral support from foreign countries is welcome.
Arab League on the Korean War
The Arab League supports North Korea in their war efforts. Due to conflicts with Israel, we are unable to send troops or revenue, but we wish them the best in their war times.
Israel Standpoint on Korean War
We are aware of the situation in Korea but we feel it is best to not get involved as the conflict does not affect Israel much. We are sorry to the U.S.
A New Government Agency
The nation of Israel finds it in our best interest to create a central government body called the Mossad, tasked with bettering communication between security and military agencies within the Israeli government as well as reporting to the Prime Minister. This move will increase the safety and effectiveness of our country; especially at current, troubled times. The move will also regain some standings and power on the world stage.
Policy Statement on CIA Regulations
In regards to the CIA we will have the military over watch our program to make sure that all research and information will be a safely organized for all Capitalist to Communist, Arab League to Israel we want to ensure people have conspiracies denied and know America is an honest country as we expect every country to be.
Arab League conflict with Israel
Since the formation of Israel, citizens of the Arab League have been crying for war. In order to avoid conflict, we suggest that Israel give back full control to the Palestinians. If this request is not met, we will have no choice but to listen to the cries of our people and attack.
NATO- United Kingdom
The United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (US) have decided to create an agreement called the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). This will stop the threat of communism. The US or UK will provide military and humanitarian aid in emergencies if allies are attacked on “home soil”. Either side can exit the agreement only in their “budget phase”. Failing to comply with the treaty will result in loss of four prestige. We hope that the United States of America will respect the following conditions.
Soviet Union Security Plan
The Soviet Union will be implementing a program called the KGB. The KGB is designed to help the security of the Soviet Union and its citizens. This will help the USSR to stop the spread of capitalism from reaching its borders and spheres of influence. For the greater good of the Soviet Union and its allies, it is best that the KGB system is implemented as soon as possible.
The True Republic of China
After gaining control of all of the mainland of our country, the People’s Republic of China would like to be recognized as the one true China, and for our ideology to be recognized as the actual beliefs of our country. Any support from foreign nations would be much appreciated, as our beliefs are being threatened by the Republic of China, a group of rebels currently situated in Taiwan.

Soviet Union on UN Partition Plan
The Soviet Union fully supports in Israel to become a country. However, we do not support the UN’s current proposal to partition Palestinian land. Israel is the Jewish homeland and although the USSR thinks that Israel deserves their own country after the tragedies in WWII, it does not believe Palestinians should have to lose their land. If this Partition Plan passes, there would be conflict between the two group for decades.
United Arab Leauge View on Formation of Israel
The United Arab League fully supports the creation of Israel as a country and a Jewish homeland. However, it is an outrage that in the process land must be taken from the Palestinians. There is no reason they should be forced to join a nation by the UN Partition. Israel should be considered a legitimate nation, but there is no reason our people should have to change their way of life because of it. We propose a 30/70 split of the land in which Israel gets less land but have land including Jerusalem. This plan will attempt to please both sides and minimize future conflict.
Israels stand on becoming a country
We the people of Israel, believe it is the utmost importance that we become and are recognized as our own nation. The homeland should be returned to the rightful hands of the Jewish people.
The people of Israel will be outraged if the UN gives the Holy Places and home of the Jewish to such unworthy peoples as the Arabs. The Arab people have no claim to our ancestral home. This is our land, our people lost so much during the holocaust and this would help our path back to greatness. It would be much appreciated if the UN would vote towards us being a country.
United Arab League Stand on Greek Civil War
The Arab League chooses to remain neutral during this conflict in Greece. Due to our current situation, we will be taking no direct actions in regards to the recent outbreak of Greek civil wars.
China on Chinese Civil War
As of right now, there are groups of rebels holed up in the mountains of Manchuria who are opposed to the greater good we as China are devoted to. We have decided to send three armies to attempt to expel this threat to our national peace as a communist country, and to gain back our control over the mineral-rich land they have seized from us. We believe we will come out victorious and, ultimately, as a result of this, provide a safe and thriving environment for the Chinese people.
We are sending three armies.
We are sending three armies.
America's Policy Statement of the Marshall Plan
America will provide necessary funds to Western Europe and Act on the Marshall Plan as the Germans lack necessary funds to repay in reparations as well as showing the true might of capitalism and how delighted the Western European People will be with this generous act.

The Molotov Plan
Eastern Europe is in ruins because of the war. In an effort to rebuild what was lost and damaged, the Soviet Union will be providing money to countries in this area including Poland, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Hungary, and Bulgaria through the recently proposed ‘Molotov Plan’. This will improve the infrastructure of the states in the Soviet sphere of influence, strengthen relations, and form an economic and military alliance of socialist countries.
(We are giving five credits)
Soviet Standing on the Greek Civil War
Becoming heavily involved in Greece’s current civil war would leave the country in ruins and in turn create greater economic distress than before. The Greek people would become divided beyond repair. The origin of Greece’s divisions lie in WWII over which side to support in the Nazi’s occupation. At the moment, the USSR believes the socialist rebels in Greece do not need our troops, but could use monetary aid.
(The Soviet Union will provide one credit to the rebel forces.)
Israel Stand On Greek Civil War
We support the socialists rebels but we are not directly going to get involved. We are not going to get involved because we do not wish to put ourselves at a military disadvantage. We also do not want to create enemies in this war that will come back and want to disturb our country and our people. We wish for peace and harmony in Greece.
Greek Civil War Policy Statement- United Kingdom
The people of the United Kingdom wish to provide support to the Democratic Army of Greece. We want to stop the spread of communism within Western Europe. The United Kingdom will also deploy a military troop and provide a credit for financial aid. We hope that this action will help them overcome the civil war and lead them to being a peaceful nation.
China on Greek Civil War
While China encourages the spread of socialism and the dismantling of capitalism, we believe that our best option is to remain neutral during this time of war in Greece. We have conflicts arising in our own country and need to focus fully on such conflicts before getting involved in those of foreign countries.
Policy Statement of America Sending Aid to Allies Britain and France
America will send in troops to aid Britain and France to quell the rebellion in Greece in order to hold a strong alliance between the powers Britain, France and The United States of America.

Germany's Best Option is USSR
The Soviet Union believes Germany should not be split between several powers. Germany is a threat to peace. If Germany was divided into several powers with different economic systems, it would cause heated conflict in Europe. This is why it would be in Germany's best interest to join the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union will help eliminate poverty and restore the economy in Germany that was destroyed in the war USSR has plans to invest capital in the economy which will help the country grow and prosper and also help Germany.
Unification of Germany
Following the events of the falling of the 3rd Reich there has been some conflict within Germany about who owns which side and what the citizens of Germany want. In this situation we will attempt to abstain from this scenario and hope that the German Government and its people may choose the fate of their own future on whether they choose to be split among themselves, Unify as a country so they may rebuild and recover, or even possibly join the Soviet Union. All we ask is that the German people may be left in peace in whatever choice they make as many were devastated after this crisis of the Second Great War. Irregardless of what the state of Germany may choose in the end we will continue to support them and the rest of the European states in the recovery and reconstruction process.
UK's Stance on German Unity
The people of the United Kingdom believe that the country of Germany should be unified as a whole country. We wish for Germany to be unified to maintain peace within Europe. Splitting Germany could cause conflict between powers within itself and major outside influences. We wish to keep Germany unified to avoid future conflict and advise our fellow nations to do the same. However, Germany after the last incident needs to be supervised with their actions, so the people of the United Nations wish to provide a positive influence to set Germany on an improved course.
Israel Standpoint on splitting up Germany.
We support a plan to split Germany up as evenly as possible so long as it complies with cultural boundaries. This would help prevent another war in Europe as well as lessen local and global conflicts.
United Arab League on German Unification
The United Arab League believes that Germany should be able to continue their form of government if they please, and should not have to conform to Western Capitalism. It is important that they as a country remain unified. Germany, however, should have to pay war reparations to all of the allied powers that fought in World War II.
China on German Unification
We believe that above all things, the spread of communism is most important. It is detrimental that we keep control of our people under a strong dictatorship, and that is why we side with the USSR on this issue. We believe that Germany should remain unified and be maintained as a communist state under the control of the USSR.
